CLEANSING NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(e) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT

2001 (CTH) (ACT)

Northern Star Resources Limited (ASX: NST ) issued 9,523,810 fully paid ordinary shares at a deemed issue price of $6.30 each ( Shares ) to Westgold Resources Limited on 29 March 2018 pursuant to the Share Sale Agreement dated 7 March 2018 between Northern Star Resources Limited, Avoca Resources Pty Ltd and Westgold Resources Limited. NST gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act that:

1. NST issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;
