Resignation of Company Secretary

Northern Minerals (ASX:NTU) The company advises that Mr Simon Storm resigned as Company Secretary of Northern Minerals Limited, effective from the close of business on 28 February 2013. The Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr Mark Tory will continue in the dual role of CFO and Company Secretary.

The Board would like to thank Simon for his significant contribution to Northern Minerals.
