Appointment of Auditor

Northern Electric plc ("the Company") has appointed KPMG as its auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2024. The appointment follows a thorough tender process overseen by the Company's Board Audit Committee and will be confirmed in a vote of shareholders at the Company's next Annual General Meeting.

In accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, the Company's previous auditor, Deloitte LLP, has deposited with the Company a statement confirming that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.
