("Northern Bear" or the "Company")

Grant of Options

Northern Bear (LSE:NTBR), the AIM quoted holding company of the group of companies providing specialist building and support services headquartered in Northern England and serving customers across the UK, announces that the Company has granted options over, in aggregate, 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Ordinary Shares"), of which 300,000 to Executive Directors and the remaining balance to be granted to subsidiary management and other employees, under an HMRC approved option scheme.

The options are exercisable at 52.0p per share, being the closing price of the Company's Ordinary Shares on 28 October 2024 (being the last day before the Company made the offer of the option grant). These options are exercisable from 29 October 2027 until 28 October 2034, provided that the option holder is still an officer or employee of the Company, or its subsidiaries, subject to standard good leaver provisions.
