Northern Bear plc (NTBR) was today informed that Nicholas Beaumont-Dark has acquired 350,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and that Mr Beaumont-Dark now holds 1,627,499 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 8.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
