Northern Bear was today informed by Mr Jon Pither that he sold 265,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 June 2017 (the "Disposal") and that, following the Disposal, Mr Pither is now interested in 1,789,478 Ordinary Shares representing 9.98 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
