Northern Bear announces that on 10 October 2014 it received notification that, on 9 October 2014, Radmat Building Products Limited ("Radmat") acquired 73,614 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares").

Following the acquisition detailed above, Radmat is now interested in 1,945,558 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
