On 21 May 2013, the Company received notification that Radmat Building Products Ltd ("Radmat") acquired 78,661 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 20 May 2013, representing 0.45 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.

Radmat is now interested, in aggregate, in 1,771,944 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 10.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
