On 22 March 2013, the Company received notification that Radmat Building Products Ltd ("Radmat") acquired 29,103 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 March 2013, representing 0.16 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.

Radmat is now interested, in aggregate, in 1,599,693 Ordinary Shares representing 9.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
