Holding in Company

The Company received notification today that, on 10 January 2013, Radmat Building Products Ltd ("Radmat") acquired 15,699 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.09 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.

Radmat is now interested, in aggregate, in 1,244,806 Ordinary Shares representing 7.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
