Notification of Holdings
Northern Bear plc (NTBR) was informed on 25 April 2023 that, following an increase in his holding of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Mr Nicholas Beaumont-Dark now holds 3,191,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 17.04 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
In addition, persons connected with Mr Beaumont-Dark are interested in a further 373,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, over which Ordinary Shares Mr Beaumont-Dark has voting rights discretion.
Therefore, Mr Beaumont-Dark has direct and indirect interests in an aggregate 3,564,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 19.03 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
