Northern Bear was yesterday informed by Mr Jon Pither that he has sold 395,522 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following recent disposals (the "Disposals"). Following the Disposals, Mr Pither is now interested in 1,393,956 Ordinary Shares representing 7.57 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
