Change of Auditor
Northern Bear plc (NTBR) today announces that, following a competitive audit tender process, it has appointed Saffery Champness LLP ("Saffery Champness") as the Company's external auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2021.
Accordingly, Mazars LLP ("Mazars") has resigned as the Company's auditor and has deposited a statement with the Company confirming that there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation that should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
Northern Bear intends to confirm the appointment of Saffery Champness in a vote of shareholders at the Company's next Annual General Meeting. The board wishes to thank Mazars for its services and support during its many years as auditor to the Company.
