Northcoders (AIM:CODE), an independent provider of training programmes for software coding, announces that Peterhouse Capital Limited, who acted as joint placing agent in connection with the Company's successful recent placing and admission to AIM, has been appointed Joint Broker to the Company with immediate effect.
