Result of AGM

Northcoders (AIM:CODE), the independent provider of training programmes for software coding, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all of the resolutions were passed.

Resolutions 1 to 10 were passed as Ordinary Resolutions and Resolution 11 was passed as a Special Resolution. Voting on all resolutions at the Annual General Meeting was conducted by a poll and the results, including all proxy votes received, are as follows:
