The Company announces that it will today be sending shareholders the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting. The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024 will be sent to shareholders shortly.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's offices Namber House, 23 Davis Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 1HS on 19 December 2024 at 2.00 p.m.
