Company announcement no 13-12
By way of Company announcement no 11-12, on 15 August 2012 North Media A/S
launched a buy-back of up to 4.82% of its treasury shares.
The buy-back was completed, and North Media A/S has acquired 966,500 shares.
North Media A/S now holds a total of 1,410,000 treasury shares, equivalent to
7.03% of the share capital of North Media A/S.
The number of shares now held means that North Media A/S has enough shares to
be able to fulfil its obligations under the share option programme adopted by
the Company. So the buy-back has been completed.
