North Media A/S has today entered into a Market Maker Agreement with ABG Sundal Collier ASA in order to improve the liquidity of the Company’s shares.
The Agreement will be effective as from 1 October 2019 and has been concluded with reference to Nasdaq Nordic’s Market Making Agreement, which is available on Nasdaq Nordic’s website.
According to the Agreement, ABG Sundal Collier ASA’s activities and transactions will be performed within the framework of Nasdaq Nordic’s Market Making Agreement.
Besides the Market Maker Agreement, North Media A/S has also entered into an agreement with ABG Sundal Collier ASA concerning the preparation of a sponsored share analysis.
