North Media A/S states that Olav W. Hansen A/S, Central Business Registration
No 17 69 78 46, has informed that they have acquired shares in North Media A/S
to the effect that the total number of shares held by Olav W. Hansen A/S in
North Media A/S as of 29 June 2015 is 1,016,028 shares of DKK 5 nominal, which
is 5.06% of the share capital and 5.06% of the voting rights.
