Distribution agreement with Coop extended until 31 December 2015

Coop and FK Distribution A/S have signed an agreement on the nationwide
distribution of unaddressed printed matters for the Kvickly, Fakta,
SuperBrugsen, Dagli´Brugsen, LokalBrugsen and Irma supermarket chains until 31
December 2015. The agreement is a renewal of the present agreement, which
otherwise would have expired at the end of 2014.

CEO at FK Distribution A/S Mads Dahl Andersen says: "The coorperation with Coop
is very important for FK Distribution and we are pleased with the confidence
that Coop shows us by extending the distribution agreement".
