Annual Report for the year ended 31 January 2020

The Company is pleased to announce that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 January 2020, and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are being posted to shareholders on 22 May 2020.

A copy of both the Annual Report and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website https://www.nascit.co.uk or from the Company Secretary.

The Company is also pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting the Directors will be recommending the declaration of a final dividend of 30 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 31 January 2020.  It is intended that the dividend will be payable to holders of ordinary shares on the Company's register of shareholders at 5.00pm on 20 November 2020 (being the record date) and will be paid to such shareholders on 14 December 2020, if approved by the Company's shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 23 June 2020 at midday.
