North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc (the "Company") has today received a PDMR notification from the Chairman, Peregrine Moncreiffe, in respect of a transfer of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company between two nominee accounts for nil consideration.   Following the transfer, Peregrine Moncreiffe's interests in shares in the Company remain unchanged; he and his family retain 438,140 shares representing in total approximately 3.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.
