The Board of The North American Income Trust plc announces:

Dividend on the Ordinary Shares

That a second interim dividend of 2.70p per Ordinary Share, in respect of the year ending 31 January 2025, is to be paid on 31 October 2024 to holders registered at the close of business on 11 October 2024. This dividend is to be paid from the Company's revenue account.

The Company's shares will trade ex-dividend on 10 October 2024.
