As described in the Chair's Statement in the Annual Report for the year ended 31 January 2024, Dame Susan Rice retired as a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the AGM and was succeeded as Chair by Charles Park. Patrick Edwardson has been appointed as the Company's Senior Independent Director, replacing Charles Park.
