Nortel AS: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange release from Nortel AS published 8 April 2022 regarding the completion of the Private Placement. The Private Placement consisted of 4,322,223 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 18 per share, each with a par value of NOK 0.01. The share capital increase has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today. Following registration of the new share capital Nortel's share capital has increased by NOK 43,222.23 to NOK 187,387.15 divided into 18,738,715 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.01.
