(b) On August 18, 2025, Senior Vice President, Global Operations John Lindeen notified Nortech Systems Incorporated (the “Company”) of his intention to retire and resign. The resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company or the Company’s operations, policies, or procedures. He will remain Senior Vice President, Global Operations for the remainder of 2025 and into the first quarter of 2026. The Company has initiated a search for a permanent replacement.
