Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

On November 22, 2024, Nortech Systems Incorporated (the “Company”) completed an amendment to the lease on its Milaca, Minnesota facility to extend the term to June 30, 2030. The lease amendment also includes an option to renew the lease for an additional 5-year period.
