Norske Skog ASA – Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Norske Skog ASA (the "Company", OSE ticker code "NSKOG") on 5 February 2021, where the Company announced that the extraordinary general meeting had resolved to increase the Company's share capital through a private placement, as previously announced on 14 January 2021.

The share capital increase, by issue of 11,764,705 new shares, has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). As a result of the share capital increase, the share capital of the Company is NOK 377,058,820, divided into 94,264,705 shares, each with a par value of NOK 4.
