Byggma ASA is the new main shareholder of Norske Skog ASA

Byggma ASA, a company ultimately controlled by Geir Drangsland through Investor AS, has today 25 August 2022 purchased 7,246,376 shares in Norske Skog ASA (the "Company"). Byggma ASA will following completion of the share transaction hold 11,962,734 shares in the Company, corresponding to approx. 12,7 % of the total outstanding shares.

Consequently, Investor AS and its related parties will following completion of the share transaction hold in aggregate 16,678,882 shares in the Company, including the already held 4,716,148 shares corresponding to approx. 5 % of the Company's outstanding shares through the related party Drangsland Kapital AS.

In total, Investor AS and its related parties will hold 16,678,882 shares corresponding to approx. 17,7 % of the total outstanding shares in the Company.
