Byggma ASA (“Byggma”) has today bought 500,000 shares in Norske Skog for an average price of NOK 46.3858 per share. Byggma is closely associated with Geir Drangsland, Chair and primary insider in Norske Skog.

After the purchase, Geir Drangsland owns and/or controls 22,774,079 shares (equal to approximately 24.2%) in Norske Skog ASA.
