Norske Skog ASA ("Norske Skog", Oslo Børs Ticker: NSKOG) has been notified that the following transaction has been completed today, 7 March 2022, by a primary insider in Norske Skog:

Jen-Yue (John) Chiang, Chair and primary insider in Norske Skog, has today bought 10,524 shares in Norske Skog for an average price of NOK 43.4108 per share. After the transaction, John Chiang holds 116,839 shares in Norske Skog.

NS Norway Holding AS, which is ultimately controlled by Oceanwood Capital Management LLP where John Chiang is a senior partner, holds 26,896,681 shares (equal to approximately 28.5%) in Norske Skog ASA.
