Norske Skog ASA - Call notice
Reference is made to the press release issued on 16 February 2021. Norske Skog ASA has today notified Nordic Trustee AS of its intention to exercise its call option under the NSKOG01 bond issue FRN Senior Secured EUR 125,000,000 Bonds 2019/2022 (ISIN NO0010856123). Norske Skog will repay approximately EUR 31.1 million of the outstanding bonds at 103 per cent of par value, plus accrued interest on the redeemed amount, with settlement date on 16 March 2021. The remaining outstanding amount will be bought back at similar terms.
