Annual general meeting Norske Skog
Norske Skog's annual general meeting was held today, 11 April 2024. The agenda items at the annual general meeting were adopted in accordance with the proposals from the Board of Directors and the Nomination Committee. The minutes, attendance list, voting results and the CEO presentation from the annual general meeting are attached, and they will be available at the website www.norskeskog.com.
