On 22 May 2025, Songa X AS, Songa Bulk Chartering AS and Songa Capital AS, all ultimately controlled by Arne Blystad, bought 8,400,000 shares in Norse Atlantic ASA ("Norse Atlantic"), increasing the number of shares and votes controlled by Arne Blystad and companies controlled by him to 12,961,330 shares and votes. The consolidated holding of Arne Blystad and companies controlled by him have increased from approximately 3.1% to 8.8% of the shares and votes in Norse Atlantic based on 147,802,416 outstanding shares.

This announcement is made in accordance with Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
