Arendal, 2 February 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by

Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") on 25 January 2024 regarding the final

results of subsequent offering and allocation of new shares in the Company (the

"Subsequent Offering").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the shares in the

Subsequent Offering has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises:

Total number of shares: 128,523,840

Nominal value per share: NOK 5
