Arendal, 21 April 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by

Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") on 24 March 2023 regarding the completion of

an extraordinary general meeting in the Company and approval of a share

consolidation (reverse share split) in the ratio of 1:4.

Please note the following key information for the completion of the reverse

share split which has been approved by the Company's board of directors:

· Date on which the corporate action was made public: 10 March 2023

· Reverse split ratio: four (4) existing shares are consolidated into one (1)

share

· Last day including right: 26 April 2023

· Ex-date: 27 April 2023

· Record date: 28 April 2023

· Date of approval: 20 April 2023
