Norse Atlantic ASA: Mandatory notifications of trade
Arendal, 27 November 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
made by Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") earlier today regarding the
completion of an extraordinary general meeting in the Company, where it was
resolved to inter alia approve the issuance of new shares in connection with
settlement of tranche 2 of the private placement announced 3 November 2023 (the
"Private Placement").
The following primary insider and close associate of a primary insider of the
Company have been allocated shares in connection with the issuance of the new
shares:
· B T Larsen & Co Limited, a company controlled by Bjørn Tore Larsen, CEO of
the Company, has been allocated 11,060,136 shares at a price of NOK 11.00 per
share. Following the transaction, BT Larsen & CO Limited owns a total of
24,271,225 shares in the Company, equal to approximately 19.86% of the Company's
share capital.
· Ander Jomaas, CFO of the Company, has been allocated 10,171 shares at a
price of NOK 11.00 per share. Following the transaction, Anders Jomaas owns a
total of 20,000 shares in the Company, equal to approximately 0.01% of the
Company's share capital.
