Arendal, 29 November 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement

made  by Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") on 27 November 2023 regarding the

completion of an extraordinary general meeting in the Company (the "EGM"), and

the stock exchange announcement made on 4 November 2023 regarding the successful

completion of a private placement of 55,690,500 new shares in the Company

raising gross proceeds of USD 55 million (equal to approx. NOK 613 million) (the

"Private Placement").

The share capital increase of NOK 228,561,695.00 pertaining to the issuance of

45,712,339 new shares in tranche 2 of the Private Placement, as resolved by the

EGM, has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises:

Share capital: 611,057,895.00

Total number of shares: 122,211,579

Nominal value per share: NOK 5

42,386,285 of the new shares issued in tranche 2 will  be issued on a separate

ISIN and will not be tradable on Euronext Expand Oslo until a prospectus has

been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway and published by
