Norse Atlantic ASA: Mandatory notifications of trade of close associates

3 May 2023: Reference is made to the share consolidation approved by an

extraordinary general meeting in Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") held on 24

March 2023 (the "EGM").

In accordance with the EGM's resolution, all shareholders who at the time of the

implementation of the consolidation did not hold a number of shares dividable by

the ratio (4:1) had, in connection with completion of the share consolidation,

their shareholding rounded upwards to the nearest whole share.

To facilitate such upwards rounding, B T Larsen & Co Limited, a company

controlled by Bjørn Tore Larsen, CEO of the Company, has provided the required

number shares, in total 1,490 shares with par value NOK 5.
