Norse Atlantic with Strong Passenger Growth and All-Time-High Load Factor

Arendal, Norway, 4 June 2025 - In May, Norse Atlantic Airways recorded 41%

growth in number of passengers transported and a load factor of 96% across

network and ACMI/charter operations. This is the highest load factor ever

achieved by the company, representing a 15%-points increase compared to May

2024. The load factor in own scheduled network was 95%, an increase of 16%

-points year-over-year and on par with the previous monthly record.

· 96% load factor across network and ACMI/Charter operations (81%)

· 95% load factor in scheduled network (79%)

· 584 flights in scheduled network (513)

· 64 ACMI/charter flights operated (55)

· 182,854 passengers transported (129.722) across network and ACMI/charter

operations, up 41% YoY

· 81% of the flights departed within 15 minutes of their scheduled departure

time (86%)

· On-time performance continued to be negatively impacted by continued Air

Traffic Control (ATC) delays and airport congestions
