Arendal, 18 March 2022: Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") refers to the

attached notification form regarding public disclosure of a transaction in the

Company's shares by a close associate of a primary insider. B T Larsen & Co Ltd,

a company controlled by Bjørn Tore Larsen, CEO of the Company, has purchased

185,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 12.33 per share.

Following the transaction, B T Larsen & Co Ltd owns a total of 9,837,311 shares

in the Company.
