Arendal, 28 March 2022: Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") refers to the

attached notification form regarding public disclosure of a transaction in the

Company's shares by a close associate of a primary insider.

Audun Pettersen, a close associate of Chief Culture Officer Kristin Berthelsen,

has purchased 16,000 shares at a price of NOK 12.80 per share.
