Notification of trade by primary insider

Arendal, 14 December 2022: Norse Atlantic ASA ("Norse") refers to the attached

notification form regarding a transaction in Norse's shares by a primary

insider. Bosel AS, a company controlled by Ben Boiling, CFO of Norse, has

purchased 22,000 shares at an average price of NOK 2.05 per share. Following the

transaction, Bosel AS owns a total of 107,000 shares in Norse Atlantic ASA.
