Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") refers to the attached notification form regarding public disclosure of a transaction in the Company’s shares by a close associate. Renate Høiby, a close associate of Chief Operating Officer Espen Høiby, has purchased 50,000 shares at a price of NOK 20 per share.
