Norse Atlantic ASA: Resolution to issue senior unsecured convertible bonds
Arendal, Norway, 10 September 2025 - Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement by Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") on 21 August 2025 at 15:43
(CEST) regarding the successful private placement of new 2-year senior unsecured
convertible bonds with gross proceeds of USD 30 million (the "Bond Issue").
The Company hereby informs that the board of directors has passed all required
resolutions to make the conversion rights and all other rights under the Bond
Issue effective, in accordance with the board authorization granted by the
Company's extraordinary general meeting held on 9 September 2025. The Bond Issue
is expected to be registered as a convertible loan with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises on or about 11 September 2025.
