Norse Atlantic ASA: Aase Mikkelsen retiring from board of directors

Norse director Aase Mikkelsen is retiring from her lifelong career in the

aviation industry end of 2025 to devote her time to family and humanitarian work

and consequently steps down from her role as member of the board of directors of

Norse Atlantic ASA.

We thank Aase for her support and valuable contribution as director of Norse

since the company's inception, and wish her all the best in her new endeavours.
