Norse Atlantic ASA Appoints New Chief Financial Officer And Creates New Finance Director Role Based In The UK

Norse Atlantic ASA is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Chief

Financial Officer, Anders Hall Jomaas, based at Norse's Head Office in Arendal,

Norway, effective from 1[st] July. Current CFO, Ben Boiling, will move to

Norse's UK office as Finance Director and Managing Director of Norse UK.

Anders Hall Jomaas brings a wealth of experience in financial management and

strategic planning, making him an excellent addition to Norse Atlantic Airways'

executive leadership team. Anders has held several senior financial roles

throughout his career, he has worked in listed companies since 2007 and became

CFO of Deep Sea Supply Plc ("DESS") in 2010. When DESS merged with three other

large offshore supply vessel owners in 2017 and became part of the world leading

OSV company Solstad Offshore ASA, Anders became CFO of the combined company.

Ben Boiling will take on the newly created role of Finance Director and Managing

Director Norse UK, based at the company's London office. From 1st July Norse

will be the largest transatlantic operator from London Gatwick. As the UK market

becomes a more important part of Norse Atlantic's growing business, this new

role will play a key role in Norse's development. Ben and Anders will work

closely together to ensure Norse has a high-performing finance function.

Norse Atlantic Airways is an airline that offers affordable fares on long-haul

flights, primarily between Europe and the United States. The company was founded

by CEO and major shareholder Bjørn Tore Larsen in March 2021. Norse has a fleet

of 15 modern, fuel-efficient and more environmentally friendly Boeing 787

Dreamliners that serve destinations including New York, Los Angeles, Fort

Lauderdale, Orlando, Washington, San Francisco, Boston, Miami, Oslo, London,
