Norse Atlantic ASA: Completion of Extraordinary General Meeting

Arendal, 24 March 2023: Please find attached the minutes from the extraordinary

general meeting (EGM) of Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company"), held today at 09:00

CET.

All items on the agenda were approved by the general meeting as proposed the

board, including the proposal for a share consolidation (reverse share split) in

the ratio of 1:4. The share consolidation is expected to be completed during the

second quarter of 2023. Prior to this, the Company will disclose the dates for

the completion of the share consolidation in a separate stock exchange notice

Norse Atlantic Airways is a new airline that offers affordable fares on long

-haul flights between Europe and the United States. The Company was founded by

CEO and major shareholder Bjørn Tore Larsen in March 2021. Norse has a fleet of

15 modern, fuel-efficient and more environmentally friendly Boeing 787

Dreamliners that will serve destinations including New York, Los Angeles, Fort

Lauderdale, Orlando, Boston, San Francisco, Washington DC, Oslo, London, Rome,

Berlin and Paris. The Company's first flight took off from Oslo to New York on

June 14, 2022.
