Lustrum Minerals Ltd – Admission and Commencement of Official Quotation

Description

Lustrum Minerals Ltd (“Company”) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Monday, 13 November 2017.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities will commence at 1:00 pm AEDT (10:00 am WST) on Wednesday, 15 November 2017.

The Company raised $5,000,000 pursuant to the offer under the prospectus dated 21 August 2017, the supplementary prospectus dated 31 August 2017 and the second supplementary prospectus dated 25 October 2017 (together, the “Prospectus”) by the issue of 25,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
