Director/PDMR Shareholding

Norman Broadbent plc has been notified that non-executive director Mr Brian Stephens today purchased 12,692 ordinary shares in the Company from his personal pension plan, Brian Stephens Pension Trust (the “Purchase”).

The Purchase was effected at a price of 18.5 pence per share. Following the Purchase, Mr Stephens’ total interest in the Company will remain at 12,692 ordinary shares equal to approximately 0.001% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
